Order Cancellation Rights

How to Cancel Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order by providing a clear statement of your decision to cancel. You can inform SPC Free Zone of your cancellation decision through the following methods:

Refund Eligibility Conditions

Eligible for Refund:

If any issues arise with the authorities during the license processing, the license may be subject to cancellation, and a full refund will be issued.

Not Eligible for Refund:

Refund Processing Timeline

SPC Free Zone will reimburse you no later than 30 days upon cancellation approval.

Refund Payment Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original Order. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Return Conditions and Restrictions

SPC Free Zone reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy. This determination is made at the Company's sole discretion.
